The Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership Project “Ways out of homelessness” unites organisations working with homeless people from Hungary, Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic.
The project aims to encourage the use of evidence-based practice to support pathways out of homelessness in specific local policy contexts.
The project is led by the Budapest Methodological Centre of Social Policy and Its Institutions (BMSZKI, HU).
The project partners are SAD (CZ), the Ius Medicinae Foundation (PL), the Casa Ioana Association (RO), Habitat for Humanity (HU) and FEANTSA.
